WHERE CAN STUDENTS GET HELP AT COLLEGE?

Student safety is paramount. If any student ever feels unsafe, they should raise their concerns at the earliest opportunity by speaking to a member of staff or going directly to Student Services (The Hive), Beehive or Reception.

Students can seek well-being advice or get support with a personal matter at our Student Services support desk in The Hive. Students can drop in or arrange an appointment through the student site or by emailing studentsupport@connell.ac.uk. Parents and carers can also use this email address to let us know if they’re worried about their child.

Alternatively, students can approach any member of staff they feel comfortable with and they will refer you to the appropriate college support service.

Our safeguarding team are available during term time between the hours of 8.30am-5pm. Outside these times, our out of hours and out of term time guidance provides a range of information for both students and parents/carers.
