WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT SELF-HARM OR SUICIDAL THOUGHTS OUTSIDE MY SUPPORT?

If you are scared you are going to seriously harm yourself, call an ambulance on 999.

WHERE CAN I GO IN A CRISIS?

  • Your GP surgery – there should be a duty doctor available to speak to you
